Sacred Fire Ceremony
Time & Location
About the Event
Led by Susan McLaughlin, This Ceremony, in the tradition of the Tineah, is for release of what no longer serves the self, prayers for the "people, places and situations" close to one's heart, and for the healing of our dear Mother Earth and all her peoples. In these troubled and unprecedented times, it is best to center ourselves and align with what is true. The power of intention and prayer is the fuel that feeds us as we strengthen our abilities to heal through community and ceremony.
Please envision calm, comfortable conditions for this outdoor fire circle. It is a standing meditation and chairs will be provided to use for the teaching and as needed. Wear a comfortable skirt and dress in layers according to the weather. Bring a rattle, your own personal smudging materials, and personal snacks.
Suggested donation of $25.00 will include personal tobacco supply. Pre-registration required and participants will be contacted if there are changes due to weather.
