About the Event
Taught by the beautifully hearted Michelle Teeney, you will enjoy a new form of exercise!
Yoga poses are held to create better balance, Pilates moves to increase core strength and static stretching to increase flexibility. Utilizing mindfulness, this class is for any level of fitness. 50 minutes with 5 minutes of peace & quiet time to reduce stress and start your day off in a fulfilled manner.

There will be a 4 wk class on Saturday mornings 8:30 - 9:30am starting in October. $20 per class OR $16 per class if you sign up on the 25th.
